I guess I haven't felt like I have anything to contribute lately, I've got another cold, I'm constantly hungry and I feel nauseous most of the time. I also for some reason woke up at 3 this morning and have been unable to get back to sleep, although I am tired, must be too much going on in my head, I will be heading back to bed shortly...Thats my whinge for today
I'm seriously considering giving up the meetings, as we are trying to save money and with the house renovations, and new baby to save for while I'm on maternity leave, maybe I could just do it online, that way also I wouldn't have to worry about whether or not they let me continue as well, something to consider.
Starting to get tired now, will post tomorrow to let you know if I end up going to my meeting on Saturday morning,

Didn't go to my meeting today
I don't even have a good excuse, I just didn't want to leave the house, had to work all afternoon, and just didn't want to. Weighed myself at home, it was 116.6, so a 500g loss, my scales are pretty close to ww (I always weigh myself at home before I go to compare). I won't count that officially, until I go to my meeting next weekend. I may be harder this week due to the fact that I have two days in the office this wee, which means I definately won't get my steps on those two day unless I take three hour walks both day, will go on the treadmill though, take it easy, and walk for a while. Hopefully I can get over the fact that I seem to be constantly hungry these day, I'm working on it!

Ready to announce that..
I just found out last weekend that I am pregnant!! Still very early stages, but it is so excting. My husband has asked whenther I plan to continue with ww, and I said that at this stage I will be continuing with the points plan until the end of the first trimester, then will go on no count, but with extra points to make sure that baby is getting everything it (she/he) needs. At least with no count I am guarenteed to eat healthy, then my points can be used for my cravings! This does explain the doughnuts the other day! I craved them last time, as well as peppermint chocolate... wonder what it will be this time?? I am planning on going to meetings until the end of the first trimester, then finding out if they will let me continue, if not, I will simply continue at home, and post my weigh ins on the ww website.
Have weigh in tomorrow, I havn't been too bad with my points the last couple of days, but I also havn't exercised too much, as the shock is still setting in, and I am worried about exertion and whether it could cause me to lose the baby. Will perhaps take it slow next week, see how I go.

Hope I can make it this week
Was very bad over the weekend due to some news we recived on Saturday, I'm sick of making these sort of excuses for myself, like when last night we went down to the supermarket to get some cheese, (I'm a huge cheese lover, can't do without it!) we walked out with icecream, chips, and doughnuts (one of my frankenstein foods). We at least remembered the cheese, and bout some of the new ww wedges, which were very nice with the steak we bought and I had a huge piece of for dinner. Why o why do I keep letting myself buy these things!!!!
I feel like I have so far to go, I know I should be setting my mini goals, which at the moment is to get to 115 by the end of June, but I can't help thinking about the bigger picture.
This morning though I straightened out my shoulders, I cleaned up the house, had a delicious mushroom omlette for breakfast and did 20 minutes on the treadmill, my first real workout on it, very exciting. So now I need to be motivated to keep at it for the rest of the month.

Weighed in today...
Went to my meeting this morning, and my weight is exactly the same as last week! Thats not a problem for me because I know I have not eaten right all week due to being sick and no exercise either. All aboard the wagon for this week, hope to lose 1kg this week, will be trying out my treadmill too this week! At least it is sunny outside, but I have started toilet training Jules and don't really want to leave the house while doing this. See how I go...

Two Days Off!!!
The last couple of days has reminded me of how much easier it is for me to stick to my points when I'm at work! The four days I had off over the long weekend were very bad ww wise, no exercise (mostly because I didn't have the energy) today is the first day that I actually have had energy when I got home from work. I am hoping to give the treadmill a work out tomorrow morning, just a small one, before I go for my weigh in. I know that I have put on this week, but I don't think it will be too bad. I will be back on track tomorrow, journalling my points, and might take Jules to the park if the fog lifts by the afternoon! Today was the first day since the weekend that the fog has lifted before lunchtime, yesterday it was after 2pm before I could see out the windows at work! Has been in the minuses overnight for the last week too, nothing to drastic, but at Wangaratta, 30 minutes away, got to -7 on tuesday night!!!! brrrr.
Jules' cold is much better, just her nose needs wiping every now and again. They have changed Peter's work shift again, he is now on four days on, four days off. Two of those are morning, then two are night. At least it means extra money, but it does make it a lot harder to organise a babysitter, especially when I don't finfish until 8 most nights, and Jules is supposed to be in bed at 7.30. I am thinking of asking one of my friends to come over when shift times clash, so she can put Jules to bed at the right time, and I don't have to take her out in the cold when I pick her up. I know she won't charge me too much...
I did notice last night, that when I have to pick up Jules from her Nan's house I have to drive past chinese takeaway, charcoal chicken, chicken stop, KFC, Mc Donalds, and Dominos, if I drive any other way to avoid it, it takes me completely out of the way. When I get to drive straight home, I don't pass anything except houses... something to consider...
I am hoping to do some scrapbooking tomorrow afternoon, I have two pages to do to finish Jules' first album, but have at least 10 planned for the next one, but at least the first one will be finished! Maybe will do some beading on Sunday, I am teaching one of my friends how to do it, which gives me some great ideas from working with her. So thats my weekend, will try to do some cooking for the week as well, only got the pumpkin and leek quiche (very contented tummy cookbook)done last tuesday, very nice, but I would reccommend cuting off the excess filo pastry whereas the recipe reccommends leaving it on, of course I had to use a springform cake tin, not a pie one, as that is something I lack in my baking collection.
Well, now I have finished woffling on, hope you all have a great weekend,

Called in sick to work today
Still not feeling the greatest, but better than I have been, decided it was not worth it to pass it on to everyone else at work, especially as I am the one who has to cover shifts if they are sick... DVD tally today, Disney Princess Stories Vol. 1, Beauty and the Beast, as much as I love Disney, I don't think I want to watch anymore, should put on one of my old musicals, with lots of music and dancing... she likes that sort of stuff, definately not Mary Poppins, had enough of her too...
Didn't get too much cooking done, just 4 different soups, and two of them are gone already, need to divide up the others into containers. Might make an attempt on Shepherds Pie, Leek and Pumpkin Quiche, and a chicken casserole this afternoon, see how I feel after going to the doctor.
Biggest news is that we have finally purchased a tredmill! we were going to wait until after the renovations had finished, but with the cold weather and Jules and I being sick, we decided to make some room in the spare room so that we can get on with it!! Yay!
For you Mary, although I have not yet done my jewellery pictures, I have my wedding picture which have some of my earlier work in it, my jewellery and my bridesmaids jewellery were all done by me, in fact they are the first ones that I did! So I hope this keeps you for a few more days, will try to get my husband to do photos tonight!

This is me on our wedding day, this is the best photo of my necklace that I could find
This is my two best friends, Jacqui and Kirsty, Have known Jacqui since we were 5 years old, and Kirsty and I have been friends since uni.
This is my sister Cristy, she is exactly 2 years and 2 months younger than me, and we look nothing alike, and don't even have much in common...
Finally this is my youngest sister Brooke, she is 13 years and 1 week younger than me. Her place in the wedding was to do the bible reading, and she did a great job.. (wondering if she is reading this...)
Have a good day everyone,

Still feel like crap today
Haven't shaken that cold yet, have watched Disney's Cinderella three times yesterday, Bear in the Big Blue House and Sleeping Beauty this morning, am hoping once thats finished, maybe something I haven't seen a thousand times will be put on, but I won't hold my breath, that daughter of mine is a whirlwind all on her own! I am hoping today to do some cooking for the next week, finishing at 8 tuesday through to friday, and I am normally too tired to cook by the time I get home. I recieved my new ww magazine in th email, and it has some good recipes I am going to try. I suppose I had better get to it, so I can have a nanna nap this afternoon,

I lost 1.9!
Very excited when I hopped on the scales at my meeting today, its been 10 days since my last weigh in due to the fact that I had to work thursday night, but I manages to lose another 1.9kg! The only thing spoiling it is that I have come down with a cold, so while I am excited, I still feel crap and tired., oh well it is winter after all!

A bad week at work
Have had a tough week at work, due to the fact that I don't get along with my managers, all they can seem to do is dump on me, I'm doing at least an hour overtime everyday to keep up with the workload, and if I say anything, they say, can't you take the pressure, if you can' why don't you give up? Its driving me mad! The other supervisor doesn't seem to be making as much of an effort, I know she tries, but when it comes to keeping up with paperwork, I'm the only one on it. I just keep hoping that I will fall pregnant soon, so I can quit, the stress levels are good for pregnancy, I can use that as my excuse. Of course I would still have to wait until the renovations are finished on our house, but we will just have to wait and see. HAve weigh in tomorrow, I'm just hoping it hasn't been put off due to the long weekend...yeah, three days off! then four days of work then I get next weekend off too, big surprise, lately I have been working them, so this is a nice change. After seeing it reccommended on the ww website, I purchased Dr Phil's weight loss book, and going to go and make a start while relaxing after a long week,

Had a bad weekend
After my weigh in on Thursday night, I went a bit cuckoo on food, didn't really count points, but have jumped back on my feet today, went for a one hour and twenty minute walk yesterday, and will go for an hour long one tomorrow with Jules as my husband will be sleeping!!! Yes, he's back on nigtht shift for a week, so I don't get to see him until Saturday morning, my next day off. He starts work at 7pm, I finish work at 7.30, start at 11.30am, so I have to wake him up at 11am so he can look after Jules, and thats the only time I will see him. Oh well, at least we still sleep in the same bed for a couple of hours!
This is a picture of me and him from my friends wedding.

4.5kg down, lots to go!
Had my weigh in, lost 1.6, very happy, especially felt that I had earned it as I have been very good this week, but now I've got to keep moving! I'm so excited!

My baby girl!
Today is Weigh-in Day!

Hi everyone,
I am very proud of my self for taking Jules for a walk yesterday morning, 40 minutes, but she had the biggest hissy fit when I told her it was time to go home!! I had to stop every 10 seconds to tell her, no, it was time to go home, now come on!!
Had a small blow out yesterday when I got upset at work, had a piece of cake, but I figured it was better than the pizza I was going to buy when I finished work. (I did have pizza for dinner but it was a lebanese bread one, only 6 points!
I thought that I would include the photo that got me motivated to get back into weight watchers, this was at the end of april when I was bridesmaid for my best friend, I am going to be bridesmaid for my other best friend October 07, so that is when I plan to have lost my 50kgs.
So I'm off now to visit my mum, and have coffee with her,
Catch you later, Mel
