Went for a last try to get the rest of the ultrasound pictures we needed last friday but someone was being stubborn again, and wouldn't show us anything, that was a waste of 30 minutes waiting to get in because they were running late, oh well. Went to the doctor yesterday, got to hear the heartbeat (very cool) and got my referral to my obygyn. Due to cross border differences all pregnancies end at wodonga hospital where they have a maternity ward. This includes all pregnant albury women have to go to wodonga hospital to give birth, not the Albury hospital. (Of course the kids wards is at albury hospital??) This also means that if you go to the doctor in albury (as I do) you are referred to a obygyn in wodonga for the last 3-4 months of your pregnancy, who facilitates your hospital check in and keeps an eye on the pregnancy. Luckily I have been able to get the same one I had with Jules, so am all comfortable with her already. I am still thinking about having a caesarean because of the complications I suffered with Jules, will be discussing it with her when I go to see her, hmm need to make an appointment.
I am adding a new ticker to my blog to commemorate when I finish work, so you can join in the count down!
Thats it for mow,

Pregnancy Hormones Suck
For the last week I've been feeling pretty depressed about life in general, pregnancy, work, children, house etc. Last wednesday I was so sad that I cried for an hour for no real reason at all. I think that work is upsetting me more than ever with my boss still treating me as a supervisor when its no longer my responsibility, but I'm expected to come up and pick up the challenge when he forgets to delegate it to someone and if I don't woe is me. Last monday (16th oct) I told him that I had an appointment at 4pm, can he work my roster around that. He wrote it in his note pad and said thats fine. When the roster comes out he has rostered me for a 5pm start, which is something that would not happen with a 4pm appointment. So I see him in the staff room and ask if I can swap the shift for a lunch time shift with someone else if I can find someone and he has a go at me because I didn't tell him. I said I did tell you last monday, the other manager was there when I told you, so he says why didn't you tell me when I was in my office, you know that when I don't write things in my diary they don't get remembered. My jaw totally dropped, all he needed to say to cover his little mistake would be to say, thats fine, go ahead, I really wouldn't care if he didn't apoligise, but to shoot back at me for his mistake is unacceptable. Luckily I have two witnesses to back me up if I decide to take it further, he has been such a complete bastard to me since I started working there that I'm looking into it as a case of workplace bullying.
So you can imagine that after being depressed all wednesday, that the last thing I needed was something like that to happen, so I was in tears for the next 10 minutes in the bathroom, I think that the new supervisor knows now what I've been putting up with for the last year, having seen the way the two managers treat me. Rumours are that they hired the new supervisor to replace the male manager who is leaving at the end of the year, but I don't know if he knows that he is leaving!! I've said to the two supervisors that I won't be back if he is still there when I am ready to come back to work!
Well, thats enough babbling for now, baby is growing well, and still enjoys recling on my back and kicking like a banshee while I am in the bath.

Good Morning Everyone!
Know I haven't been in lately, but I'm still here! Have been busy with work, despite cutting my hours back, am still occasionally pulling in the big weks which I'm worried that this week my back is not going to be able to handle it, my little darling is pinching my sciatic nerve in my back and as in my job I am on my feet constantly, I am having a rough time with the back pain. My boss said I can sit down whenever I need to, but sometime you just don't have the time...
Meanwhile potty training is coming along, we know now that the cry of mummy with a hand between the legs means I gotta go right now, no. 2s are still in the pants accounting for that at one accident day to clean up, but it will take time. Jules was up at 4 with me yesterday morning (had to start work at 6 and she woke up) and told me while I making breakfast that she needed to go, and then she wanted to have a shower with mummy... its so nice to feel needed!
Today is house cleaning day, its my day off and they are coming to put in or ducted cooling today!!! YAY can't wait for that, last week was pretty hot wednesday and thursday, so we will be all set for summer. I think I hear my little darling waking up... time for the potty,
Catch you later,
Mel

2.. You walka pasta da candy store.
3.. You walka pasta da Ice Cream shop.

CONCERNED ABOUT TOO MANY CARBS IN YOUR DIET?
For those of you who watch what you eat, here's the final word on nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting nutritional studies.
1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
3. The Chinese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
4. The Italians drink a lot of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
5. The Germans drink a lot of beers and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
CONCLUSION
Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.
